These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our online nutrition coaching services. By booking or participating in our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

  • We provide online nutrition coaching, education, and support.

  • Coaching is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your GP or healthcare provider for medical concerns.

  • Results cannot be guaranteed, as progress depends on individual circumstances, effort, and health factors.

2. Eligibility

  • Clients must be 18 or over.

  • Clients under 18 may participate only with parental/guardian consent.

  • Clients must disclose accurate health information, including medical history, medications, and allergies.

3. Booking & Payments

  • Sessions must be booked in advance through our online system, email, or phone.

  • Full payment (or deposit where offered) is required at booking.

  • Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and may be updated periodically.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Our Booking & Cancellation Policy applies.

  • Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, clients may cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund, provided no services have been delivered.

  • No refunds are given for missed sessions without sufficient notice.

5. Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a fee.

​

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for implementing dietary and lifestyle changes.

  • Clients should consult a doctor before making significant changes to diet, exercise, or medication.

  • Clients must not share copyrighted materials provided during coaching without permission.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • All personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

  • We respect confidentiality unless disclosure is required by law (e.g. safeguarding).

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for health outcomes, injuries, or adverse effects resulting from misuse of advice or undisclosed medical conditions.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, guides, and resources provided remain the property of The Neurospicy Nutritionist.

  • Clients may use materials for personal use only and must not reproduce or distribute them.

​

10. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate services if clients breach these terms, behave abusively, or fail to pay.

  • Clients may terminate services at any time, subject to the cancellation policy.

​

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
