We value your trust and are committed to fairness and transparency in our services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted for online nutrition coaching services.
1. Statutory Rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, unless the service has already been provided (e.g., a coaching session has taken place or resources have been delivered).
2. Refunds Before Services Begin

If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before your scheduled session, you are entitled to a full refund.

If you cancel within 24–48 hours of your session, a 50% refund will be issued.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend (no show), are non-refundable.
3. Refunds After Services Begin

Once a coaching session or package has started, refunds will not be issued for services already delivered.

Partial refunds may be considered for unused portions of multi-session packages, at our discretion.
4. Rescheduling Instead of Refunds

Clients are encouraged to reschedule instead of cancelling.

Rescheduling is free with 24 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee.

Rescheduling within 24 hours will incur a 100% fee of the rescheduled session.
5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand emergencies happen. Refunds or credits outside of the above terms may be granted at our discretion in cases of illness, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstances.
6. Provider Cancellations

If we (The Neurospicy Nutritionist) cancel a session, you will be offered a new appointment or a full refund.
