Service Description
Sports Nutrition Support Package This 1:1 sports nutrition service is designed to support performance, recovery, and long-term wellbeing, whether you’re training for a specific goal or simply want to feel stronger, more fuelled, and more confident in your nutrition. Includes: 60-minute 1:1 personalised session tailored to your sport, training schedule, and lifestyle Support for performance, recovery, and optional fat-loss goals, approached in a sustainable, evidence-based way Flexible, non-restrictive nutrition strategies that prioritise fuelling, energy, and consistency over rigid plans During the session, we’ll explore: How to fuel effectively around training and competition Practical recovery nutrition to support strength, endurance, and injury prevention Strategies to improve energy, focus, and consistency without overcomplicating food A realistic approach to body composition goals, if desired, without diet culture or extremes You’ll leave with clear, actionable guidance that fits your training demands and your life — not a one-size-fits-all plan. Optional Fat-Loss Nutrition Support For those who want to explore fat loss alongside training, this package includes optional fat-loss nutrition guidance designed to protect performance, recovery, and health. This is not a crash diet or aggressive cut. Fat-loss support focuses on: Sustainable, performance-aware energy balance Fuelling training effectively while creating gentle, realistic changes Maintaining strength, recovery, and hormonal health Avoiding restriction, burnout, and under-fuelling Approaches are flexible and individualised, with an emphasis on: Consistency over perfection Food adequacy, not deprivation Long-term habits rather than short-term results Fat-loss goals are always client-led and optional, and support will be adjusted if they begin to negatively impact training quality, energy levels, or wellbeing.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Terms All appointments must be booked in advance via our online system, email, or phone. Full payment (or a deposit, if offered) is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. By booking with us, you agree to the terms of this policy. 2. Payments Payments are processed securely online. Where deposits are accepted, the remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to complete payment may result in your booking being cancelled. 3. Cancellations & Refunds In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, unless the service has already been provided. After this period: More than 48 hours before your appointment – Full refund or free reschedule. 24–48 hours before your appointment – 50% refund or reschedule with a fee. Less than 24 hours’ notice / no show – No refund given. 4. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no extra charge. Requests made within 24 hours may incur a rescheduling fee of £20. 5. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you are late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to cancel the session and treat it as a missed appointment (no refund). 6. Provider Cancellations In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a new appointment or a full refund. We will provide as much notice as possible. 7. Exceptions Refunds will not be issued for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., illness, emergencies, adverse weather), but we will always try to reschedule your session.
