Service Description
A compassionate 60-minute session designed for neurodivergent women (ADHD/AuDHD, and other neurodiversities who are tired of rigid plans, food rules, and overwhelm. Together we’ll: ✔ Break down your unique eating patterns and barriers ✔ Build practical, flexible nutrition strategies that work with your brain ✔ Create steps you can actually follow — no shame, no perfection Who it’s for: You want clarity, personalised support, and tools that fit your life rhythm.


Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Terms All appointments must be booked in advance via our online system, email, or phone. Full payment (or a deposit, if offered) is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. By booking with us, you agree to the terms of this policy. 2. Payments Payments are processed securely online. Where deposits are accepted, the remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to complete payment may result in your booking being cancelled. 3. Cancellations & Refunds In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, unless the service has already been provided. After this period: More than 48 hours before your appointment – Full refund or free reschedule. 24–48 hours before your appointment – 50% refund or reschedule with a fee. Less than 24 hours’ notice / no show – No refund given. 4. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no extra charge. Requests made within 24 hours may incur a rescheduling fee of £20. 5. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you are late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to cancel the session and treat it as a missed appointment (no refund). 6. Provider Cancellations In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a new appointment or a full refund. We will provide as much notice as possible. 7. Exceptions Refunds will not be issued for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., illness, emergencies, adverse weather), but we will always try to reschedule your session.
