Philosophy

The Neurospicy Nutritionist provides personalised, compassionate nutrition support for neurodivergent women and girls.

We offer evidence-based nutrition coaching for ADHD, autism, bipolar disorder, and other neurodivergent experiences that can make eating feel overwhelming. This may include challenges with energy, appetite, sensory sensitivities, impulsivity, burnout, emotional regulation, or medication-related needs.
